Circe Solaryien is a founder, systems architect, and technology entrepreneur working at the intersection of human experience, embodied intelligence, and practical innovation. She is the founder and President of Solaryien Technologies, Inc. — a Florida-based technology company building software, platform, and wearable Relational Intelligence products that serve people across the work they do and the lives they live.

Her approach to building technology is not conventional. Circe builds from the inside out — identifying the real human gap first, then engineering the system that fills it. Her newest work — Solaryien Pulse™ and Lilitu™, now in development — reaches for the deepest gap of all: helping people understand one another across language, ability, and distance. That same belief runs through everything she has built. Solaryien Apex exists because contractors deserved professional tools they could actually afford. Solaryien Connect exists because the lead generation industry has exploited contractors for decades and nobody had the will to change the model. Across all of it, one conviction holds: people deserve tools that show up in the exact moments that matter most.

Her path has been shaped by direct experience with domestic violence, human trafficking, cancer, and recovery. Rather than moving past those experiences, she transformed them into the foundation of everything she builds — frameworks, systems, and technologies designed around sovereignty, continuity, and the belief that people deserve tools that actually show up when it matters.

She is the founder of The House of ELON (Empower, Love, Overcome, New Beginnings), an initiative supporting individuals navigating recovery from trauma, substance use, and exploitation. She is studying Psychology with a Neuroscience track — currently at the bachelor's level and working toward her doctorate — and is developing a private research framework that continues to inform the design philosophy behind her newest products.
